Hi there, I’m Malcolm Peralty and I’m a fan of Tiny House Living. While I don’t have an accessory dwelling unit of my own…yet… when my wife and I went to look into the permitting requirements, costs, builders, and other facets of understanding one needs to take on a project like this, I realized that I was way out of my depth, so using my technical skills, I decided to work on this website where as I work towards getting my own ADU, I can also help others that are looking to do the same.
